Advantage Plus
The Fannin Advantage Plus checking account is free with the added benefit of paying you a high-yield interest rate for the things you already do. Advantage Plus pays an interest rate of 4.00% each month on the portion of your balance that is $50,000.00 or less. On the portion of your balance of $50,000.01 and greater, the account pays an interest rate of 0.50% each month. To qualify for this incredible interest rate, you must use your Fannin Bank Visa-branded debit card with real-time fraud monitoring and global acceptance for twelve point-of-sale transactions with a minimum of $5.00 per transaction, receive one direct deposit ACH credit and receive your statement electronically. Fear not; if you fail to qualify during the qualification cycle, you will still earn a 0.05% interest rate on your entire balance.
Rate Information: Advantage Plus – Tier 1, an interest rate of 4.00%, will be paid on the entire portion of your daily balance, less than $50,000.01. The annual percentage yield (APY) for this tier is 4.08%. Tier 2, an interest rate of 0.50%, will be paid on the entire portion of your daily balance, $50,000.01 or more. The annual percentage yield (APY) for this tier will range from 4.08% to 0.50%, depending on the daily balance in the account. If qualifications are not met, an interest rate of 0.05% will be paid on the entire portion of your daily balance. The annual percentage yield (APY) for this tier is 0.05%.

Advantage Checking
The Fannin Advantage checking account offers you truly free checking with no limits. There are no transaction limitations and no minimum balance requirements. The Fannin Bank Visa-branded debit card with real-time fraud monitoring, global acceptance, a digital wallet with Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Samsung Pay, and e-statements with check images are included. To qualify for Advantage Checking, you must receive one direct deposit ACH credit each statement cycle and receive your statement electronically. To open an Advantage Checking, you will need a minimum of $100.00.

Elite Checking
Fannin Bank Elite Checking is for those who want more from their checking account. With Elite Checking, you get no transaction limitation, no minimum balance requirement, monthly statements with check images, and the Fannin Bank Visa-branded debit card with real-time fraud monitoring, global acceptance, and a digital wallet with Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Samsung Pay. Elite Checking additional benefits include accidental death and dismemberment insurance, Card Patrol with Social Security number monitoring, Payment Card Protection, Everywhere Cash Savings, identity theft insurance, and identity fraud support service. You will pay a $12.00 Club Charge Fee each statement cycle to get all these benefits. For additional insurance coverage, you can upgrade to Elite Plus for a $15.00 Club Charge Fee each statement cycle. To open an Elite Checking or Elite Plus account, you need a minimum of $200.00.

Regular Checking
Regular Checking from Fannin Bank is a basic checking account with no transaction limitations. Our Regular Checking includes the Fannin Bank Visa-branded debit card with real-time fraud monitoring, global acceptance, a digital wallet with Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Samsung Pay, and monthly statements with check images. There are no service charge fees if your balance does not fall below $600.00 during the statement cycle. If your balance falls below $600.00 during the statement cycle, you will pay a $10.00 Service Charge Fee. To open a Regular Checking account, you need a minimum of $200.00.

Now Checking
Fannin Bank’s Now Checking is for those who want all the benefits of Regular Checking and earn interest on their money without the restrictions of a money market account. The Now Checking account includes the Fannin Bank Visa-branded debit card with real-time fraud monitoring, global acceptance, a digital wallet with Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Samsung Pay, and monthly statements with check images. There are no service charge fees if your balance does not fall below $1,000.00 during the statement cycle. If your balance falls below $1,000.00 during the statement cycle, you will pay a $15.00 Service Charge Fee. To open a Now Checking, you will need a minimum of $1,000.00 and meet at least one of the following:
- Must be an individual (includes sole proprietorships)
- A nonprofit organization
- Agency accounts (if held for eligible entities)
- Trusts (if held solely for eligible entities)

Senior Citizen
Fannin Bank’s Senior Citizen account is for individuals who have achieved sixty-two years and would like to receive a break on the minimum monthly balance and Service Charge Fees of the Regular Checking. The Senior Citizen account comes with the Fannin Bank Visa-branded debit card with real-time fraud monitoring, global acceptance, a digital wallet with Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Samsung Pay, and monthly statements with check images. There are no Service Charge Fees if your balance does not fall below $200.00 during the statement cycle. If your balance falls below $200.00 during the statement cycle, you will pay a $3.00 Service Charge Fee. To open a Senior Citizen account, you need a minimum of $200.00, and at least one in the couple must be sixty-two years old—only one Senior Citizen account per household.
